These Refund and Payment Policies apply to Tenelle LLC, doing business as (d/b/a) Book Your Pickleball (“Book Your Pickleball,” “BYP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and Data Courts (“Data Courts,” “DC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Collectively referred to as “Tenelle LLC,” “our company,” or “the organization.”

1. Payment Processing
Tenelle LLC d/b/a Book Your Pickleball and Data Courts does not directly process payments for club memberships, sponsorships, events, or bookings.
All payments are processed through the respective club’s or partner’s merchant account. Refund requests must be directed to the club or partner where the transaction occurred.

2. GoHighLevel Subscriptions and Trials
For 14-day trials or related services purchased through GoHighLevel, payments are processed directly by GoHighLevel.
Book Your Pickleball and Data Courts are not the merchant of record and do not issue refunds for these transactions.

3. Refund Requests
Refunds are managed according to the merchant or partner’s published refund and cancellation policies.
