These Terms and Conditions apply to Tenelle LLC, doing business as (d/b/a) Book Your Pickleball (“Book Your Pickleball,” “BYP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and Data Courts (“Data Courts,” “DC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Collectively referred to as “Tenelle LLC,” “our company,” or “the organization.”

Acceptance of Terms

By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Lawful Use

You agree to use the Book Your Pickleball platform only for lawful purposes, and not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

SMS Program

Participation in our SMS program is voluntary. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Third-Party Services

Book Your Pickleball provides connections between players, clubs, and other partners. Certain services, including payment processing for trials and club memberships, are provided by third-party vendors such as GoHighLevel and club merchants. We are not responsible for the terms or actions of these providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TENELLE LLC d/b/a Book Your Pickleball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed reservations, payment disputes, or third-party services.

Refund & Payment Policy

TENELLE LLC d/b/a Book Your Pickleball does not directly process payments for club memberships, events, or bookings. All payments are processed through the respective club’s merchant account. Refund requests must be directed to the club where the transaction occurred.

For 14-day trials or related services purchased through GoHighLevel, payments are processed directly by GoHighLevel. Book Your Pickleball is not the merchant of record and does not issue refunds for these transactions.
